Now I'm wondering whether there's some reason this three-year-old blog post has attracted recent attention, other than the obvious SEO activity. It's like the film is showing somewhere, or the stage show, is it?

I haven't seen this movie in so long. It was such an amazing film and you're right Jake, it is impossible to hate this movie. My friend was Hedwig once for Halloween and I was envious of what a beautiful woman he made ha ha.

Probably the only musical that I consider a great movie. It succeeds in giving the music a symbolic and expressive role in the storytelling. John Cameron Mitchell gave an amazing performance as well as a masterpiece bit of directing. Michael Pitt also did a great job at playing such a naive yet wise role and the same time. I don't think it's possible to hate this movie.
