Now that _is_ a scary thought, Zern!

For those not in Sydney, Meriton Apartments is Australia's largest residential property development company, and its success has made the proprietor Harry Triguboff the 5th richest person in Australia and the 606th richest in the world.

Harry scored some notoriety last year for suggesting that Sydney had too many forests and parks, and that if people wanted to see a tree they could go to the Blue Mountains.

Meriton has occasionally faced allegations that their apartments are poorly constructed and some were even fire hazards.
