Anthony Callea: “Young Boys not My Weakness”

Scene: The Logies After-Party. Kate Ceberano starts singing. Anthony Callea, who recently “revealed” he was gay, shyly declines to join her in a rendition of Young Boys Are My Weakness. And fair enough. Everyone knows that Anthony’s real weakness is stocky, heavily-tattooed Latvian leather daddies. Actually I just made that up. But it’ll be interesting to see how far the rumour spreads. [Update: And if you read the comments, you'll see that's not the only part which was "made up".]

sorry to correct you…but Anthony was actually secure enough in his sexuality, and had sense of humor enough, to get on stage and sing back up for Kate on that song, it was shown on network TV, it was included in Channel 10’s Logies After Party coverage, to be precise.

Pity the newspaper couldn’t print the facts, but why let the truth get in the way of a good story?

Oh I never let the truth get in the way of a good story. :) Though it is amusing how someone’s sexuality is still such a fascination.

And don’t apologise for offering a correction — that’s how things get, um, corrected.

I saw that on the news when he was singing with Kate it was so cute.
Love Kate and Anthony Rox. One of my favourite songs. He was having a fine time at the after party. I guess they have to make their articles sound witty and interesting.
