Agree, a nice rant. Not sure it's of the form that MPs are used to receiving, or even responding to, but there it is. Keep us updated. On the subject of false positives, it's worth pointing out that while 3% sounds like a very low rate, it is incredibly high compared to the rate of incidence of inappropriate material out there. Pardon the link pimping, but I did a bit of amateur Bayesian analysis on this a while back, and found that with these figures you can quite easily determine that inappropriate material would comprise 50% or less of blocked sites. [Also note the last link in the article is broken; "ttp" instead of "http"...]
