		<description>Here's a novel idea.  How about they ban alcohol advertising and enforce the current licensing laws?

A few undercover under-age drinking busts with a commensurate fine and/or gaol time for the publican/ liscensee, and staff serving the evil brew to the innocent impressionable young things, per whichever state laws apply, ought to do the trick.

Then at least us old sots will have some place to go and get plastered in peace.</description>
