Not to sound like an anti-GOP bandwagoneer, but I can’t help but notice how deliberately ignorant of science Ms. Sarah Palin continues to prove herself to be.

Ah, AWO is Australian Women Online [who?] who've posted a ludicrous piece calling for a "rational" debate on Internet censorship -- in an article which is full of rhetoric and name-calling but which doesn't rationally address any of the well-structured arguments being put against censorship, and which has comments turned off. Right. I'll have more to say about them tonight.

Yes, gentlemen, Senator McCart… erm, Conroy seems to be the odds-on favourite so far this week. Again. Bring it on.

As for rules, @mpesce, I apply the Erisian principles and make them up as I go along. If there’s been Outstanding Service to Cnutery (OSC), thank you Andrew Boyd, then it deserves recognition in perpetuity.

On Twitter I’ve also had the South Australian Attorney-General nominated for wanting to block R18-rated games — again, making the virtual world more restricted than the physical — and the AWO, whatever the fuck that is. Anyone know?

I think that “Outstanding Service to Cnutery” deserves another pasting, myself.

Quntas are a personal favourite for the same OSC medal… if we’re late for the show it will be because we’re STILL waiting for Donna’s flight home to take off or running home from a late dinner accordingly.

I think that there should be a Cnutery metric – some measure of how arse-holy a given person or organisation has been multiplied by the number of people so affected. Will give this some thought and get back to you.
