More info: Keyboard works “properly” in MS Word 2007 but not Outlook, where stickiness to the shift-lock remains. Remote user is restarting.

Quick Windows Vista / Windows 7 question: Keyboard in outlook stuck in shift, i.e. “2” gets you a “@”. Accessibility? Turn off how?
