Weekly Wrap 734: Winter cocktails provide a refreshing but potentially dangerous break

My week of Monday 17 to Sunday 23 June 2024 was a curious one. An evening of delightful cocktails midweek may or may not have had something to do with a lingering sore throat. A client project received a bullet in the head, much to my relief. And I started mapping out my podcast’s winter series, for which a crowdfunder is running.

Weekly Wrap 733: My tardy transition from autumn to winter

My week of Monday 10 to Sunday 16 June 2024 saw me finally wrap up my podcast’s autumn series and kick off the winter crowdfunder. This reminded me of snow, so I’m including some snow from three years ago.

Weekly Wrap 732: A remarkably productive start to winter

The lights glisten off the wet platform, and everything is silvery grey except the purple interior of the train visible through its windows. The platform is deserted except for, in the distance, the guard in his hi-viz vest.

My week of Monday 3 to Sunday 9 June 2024 saw the production of three podcasts, two of which have already been posted, with the third appearing tomorrow morning. My need to nap most afternoons also declined, which I imagine is a Good Thing.

Weekly Wrap 731: Two kinds of cloud plus some rain, no podcasts, but a catch-up is imminent

My week of Monday 27 May to Sunday 2 June 2024 was dominated by poor sleep patterns, which I’m putting down to the start of the cooler weather. The podcast production schedule was pushed back, and productivity was low. But I am happy enough.

Weekly Wrap 730: Two podcasts down, a slightly fixed back, and a photo of a pub from weeks ago

My week of Monday 20 to Sunday 26 May 2024 was a slight improvement over the previous week, with two podcasts recorded and one posted, a trip to Sydney for back maintenance — which was much needed! — and rather a lot of catching up on sleep.
