Weekly Wrap 527: A reminder of the drought, plus productivity

A petrol-driven transfer pump is being used to shift water from one rainwater tank to another through the scrub at Bunjaree Cottages, Wentworth Falls.

During the week of Monday 29 June to Sunday 5 July 2020 we ran out of rainwater. With all the COVID-19 dramas, we’d forgotten that we’ve still got all the other things happening. Such as climate change and the resulting lack of rainfall. Still I got some work done.

Weekly Wrap 526: Forget the Quarantimes, listen to Korean techno DJs

Screenshot of Seoul Community Radio, DJ is not known

Weekly Wrap 523: Finally getting out to the pub

Quolliver investigates the pizza

Monday 1 to Sunday 7 June 2020 took us into the eleventh week of COVID-19 lockdown and beyond, but with restrictions starting to be lifted in NSW I managed to get to the pub. Twice. And Quolliver the Adventure Quoll came with me.

Weekly Wrap 522: And now America burns…

Sydney Harbour Bridge

Ten weeks of COVID-19 lockdown. In the week of Monday 25 to Sunday 31 May 2020 we heard that some restrictions will be lifted in NSW, and the United States descended into chaos. This photo of Sydney Harbour Bridge is an attempt to cheer me up. It has failed.
