Mobile: Somewhere along Enmore Rd or similar for dinner, and then home again.

@michaelmeloni Ramen would be nice. So would teleportation. One is more likely than the other. I feel like fish though, I think.

It appears that I shall be in Newcastle on the weekend. I will explain why in due course.

via TweetDeck

Still pondering dinner plans.

via TweetDeck

I have received a media release from a PR person that says their client’s “offering” is “unique”. Sigh.

via TweetDeck

@nanopunk There is no such thing as a “fish taco”. Or, if there is, there shouldn’t be.

via TweetDeck in reply to PitcherJenna

If I have any more soup this week I shall fart all the way to Christmas.

via TweetDeck

Yes @jasonlangenauer I appreciate your concept for dinner. http://arseh.at/ex

Pondering dinner plans.

Gosh, what a busy afternoon that turned out to be! A solid block of sysadmin and webby stuff since midday.

via TweetDeck

@juhasaarinen I don’t know that Apache configuration makes you a geek. More of a sucker, really.

via TweetDeck in reply to juhasaarinen

@DanielOCnr I agree with includes in Apache. Indeed, this CentOS / cPanel?WHM box has a sensible includes structure set up already. Win.

via TweetDeck in reply to DanielOCnr

@athempel Oh you’re WRITING a mod_auth_*? I suspect that is a very special kind of hell? Or is Apache we’ll written?

via TweetDeck in reply to athempel

I am pleased that my brief struggle with Apache’s mod_auth_mysql is at an end. The client is also pleased.

via TweetDeck

OK, heads down now as I descend into Apache Configuration Land. This’ll be interesting…

Tea is served, thanks to HTC http://post.ly/10IE3

@TheMonkeyBoy Personally I would find the HTC Aria’s screen too small, but I am both older and prefer maximum screen real estate

via TweetDeck in reply to TheMonkeyBoy

I will skip my CBD errands. En route home now. There, I shall debug an Apache mod_auth_mysql problem. Not an “issue”. A problem.

The HTC Aria, which is a compact 600MHz Android, will debut on Optus. “Free” on $49 plan with 1GB data. Nice little design. But…

@SnarkyPlatypus Bonjour. Je suis très impressionné par jour jusqu’à présent. Je crois que je vais écrire une plainte. Et vous?

via TweetDeck in reply to SnarkyPlatypus

Wed plan: Write for Crikey, somehow; lunch & local errands; an afternoon of desk things, details T@cward1erd1e at the Nippon Club.

via TweetDeck

It appears that my weekend of work-with-little-sleep has caught up with me.

via TweetDeck

You mean there are people watching this shit of their own free will?

via TweetDeck

Goats! And who said Channel Nine had lost it?

via TweetDeck

“Fabio”? WTF?

via TweetDeck

It is remarkable what that woman can do with bamboo.

via TweetDeck

But a TV program that’s just the politician repeating the soundbites from his/her media release earlier in the day is of no value to me.

via TweetDeck

OK, it’s not all Kerry’s fault. Politicians endlessly repeating their “talking points” should be shot. Or ignored. But he let them do it.

via TweetDeck

By the way, am I the only one thinking “Kerry O’Brien leaving ‘The 7.30 Report’? About time!”? Packaged ritual politics FTL.

via TweetDeck

Folded napkin.

via TweetDeck

“Queensland: Where Australia shines.” Wow. Someone was actually paid to come up with that slogan.

Billy Connolly replaced by a talking ape. Spot the difference. http://arseh.at/f7

Given the production budget for “Survivor”, how come none of the young men seem to be able to afford shirts?

via TweetDeck

RT @wolfcat: “I work in the public service and I tweet” - the t-shirt http://bit.ly/aKoB5N

via TweetDeck

That was funny. I was about to do the same, but by the time I hit the “edit” button it had already been fixed. Pedants.

via TweetDeck

Hey! Who just corrected the problem apostrophe on Wikipedia article about Bravo November? http://arseh.at/f4

via TweetDeck

Annoyed with people who take their dog to be tied up outside the pub, and then shout at it when it’s just pointing out it’s lonely. Cunts.

via TweetDeck

@theflightyzeus I must admit I’ve found the Art House Hotel to be a bit sphincters-clenched for my liking. Relax, drink, yarn, eat is it.

via TweetDeck in reply to theflightyzeus

Oops. I’m fairly sure you’re not meant to do this with an MH-60. http://arseh.at/f3

via TweetDeck

None of you care, do you? This spring weather has turned your brains to mush. You people disgust me.

via TweetDeck

Where should @cward1e and I and random people foregather for drinks and food tomorrow night? CBD or near? Tempted to suggest Nippon Club.

via TweetDeck

I have unsubscribed from your blog because every post has three links to your goddam bloody book in it, with the title as the link text.

Cow. I am eating it.
