Homosexuals are special. They can vote people out of their club. Heterosexuals whine that their institutionalised racist breeder-money has been cut by, gosh, seven perfect. (Hi, Sherlock!) And the three stages of Top Gun and more from the CBS Interactive Christmas Party.
In this disturbing and long-overdue return of The 9pm Edict podcast, you’ll hear about the legal problems with the 2008 Gay Softball World Series, face the facts about cuts to Australia’s stupidly-named Baby Bonus, and hear a bunch of people at the CBS Interactive party talk about their childhood heroes.
If you were at that party and just want to listen to yourself, fast forward to the 10 minute 40 second mark.
Yes, there are bad words. And bonus hypocrisy.

Oh, what a wonderful episode.
The fast-paced, mirth inducing patter had me put down my cup of coffee very early on in the podcast, lest I sprayed my screen and keyboard.
@sylmobile: I’m glad you enjoyed it. But I’m starting to come to the conclusion that no-one should be allowed to listen to it, ever. It’s wrong. Not too much CBS Interactive stuff?
Oh, you could probably trim back the vox pop a little. Sure. But it counterpoints the tight frot end of the postcast nicely, I think.
The frot end was indeed tight.
Very, very entertaining. Please do more!
Glad that this is an audio medium. I couldn’t be able to stand to see the costumes.
That’s what is missing. A photo album to go along with this.
@PointZeroOne: You’re right, that would have been a great addition if, if I’d actually planned this properly as serious coverage of the party. But it wasn’t that. On the day I decided that it might be an amusing thing to do. That said, I daresay someone did official photos for CBS Interactive.
