Somehow it seems quite appropriate to be transmitting inaccurate information about Mr Adams’ masterwork.

That @BBCRadio4 tweet must’ve been from yesterday, ‘cos H2G2’s broadcast date was 8 March, it says here on the internet.

@HiveLibrary I think we may be in furious agreement about some core points here. But obfuscating addresses ain’t really gonna reduce spam.

via Janetter for Mac

OMFG IT’S SO TERRIBLE SOMEONE MIGHT EMAIL ME SOMETHING I DIDN’T ASK FOR WHEN WILL THE TORMENT END OH FFS HARDEN UP.

via Janetter for Mac

It’s just silly. Inconveniencing people by “obscuring” your email address because your spam filters are shit and you don’t have “delete”.

via Janetter for Mac

No need to invoke “idiots” either, @HiveLibrary, email addresses are guessed and/or available from anyone people might email.

via Janetter for Mac

Spammers would NEVER think of searching and substituting “.” for “dot” and “@” for “at”. It’s way beyond current or future human technology.

Meanwhile, here’s some crimson rosella action I prepared earlier. youtube.com/watch?v=6tp8Zq…

via Janetter for Mac

If it wasn’t already so dark I’d have filmed that encounter. The rosella was just not in the mood for any of that cuckoo-dove grief.

via Janetter for Mac

That’s the first time I’ve seen a rosella refuse to be bullied. I’ve seen 3 or even 4 rosellas spooked by the presence of a cuckoo-dove.

via Janetter for Mac

A cuckoo-dove is trying to muscle in, a younger one, but this young rosella is also feisty and is fighting back. Cuckoo-dove is disgruntled.
