@phildobbie @renailemay It seems “Twisted Wire” podcast is not in iTunes Store. “Subscribe in iTunes” button fails, saying so.

@chieftech Agreed, Adobe Reader is a PITA and I won’t allow it on my OS X machines. But it’s out there and used, and rarely updated.

Is everyone updating Adobe Reader and Acrobat NOW? There’s active exploits for this hole! http://bit.ly/6oaOGJ

@CastleJames I think Pat Robertson has already blamed Haitians for their plight, somehow, eh @theburgerman? http://bit.ly/798cCZ

@gabewong I’m not sure that a fugu is “cute”, but if my lips go numb I’ll let you know. And call an ambulance.

@SnarkyPlatypus Je n’ai pas encore décidé. La mouette? Le narval? La chèvre vilain? Il est si difficile de choisir!

Um Fairfax, this IS a tragic story about the canyoneers, but perhaps dateline it today, not tomorrow? http://bit.ly/6zrhmQ

Fri plan: Finish Crikey piece; local errands; podcast editing; random poking at my desk through the afternoon; quiet evening, probably.

@SnarkyPlatypus Bonjour. C’est une belle journée, rendue encore plus belle par le mot “vendredi”. Je suis glorieux. Et vous?

@trib Oh clients don’t actually PAY invoices. They’re more like some weird kind of status symbol.

via Twitter Web Client in reply to trib

The is something rather pleasing about sending invoices over the first coffee of the morning.

@NewtonMark If I’ve only just offended my Facebook friends now then they truly aren’t paying attention. ;)

@WoollyMittens I agree that setting fire to things is usually of benefit.

@SnarkyPlatypus Facebook only seems to be all the people I haven’t been in touch with for a decade and a half FOR A REASON. ;)

via Twitter Web Client in reply to SnarkyPlatypus

@posty I hardly use Facebook, and given their arrogant attitude to personal data I’d prefer not to conduct my life vie them.

via Twitter Web Client in reply to posty

I’ve removed myself from ALL Facebook groups. Considering deleting much more. Not that those cunts actually delete data when you ask for it.

via Twitter Web Client

@ApostrophePong But an iPhone Steadicam is to look cool with, not take good video. I mean, good video would require a different phone.

via Twitter Web Client in reply to ApostrophePong

@leslie_nassar If it involves narcissism, sex and an iPhone then yes, there are apps for it. Or, as we used to call them, programs.

via Twitter Web Client

@leslie_nassar Though technically, if the aim is “fuck me running”, it’s not a Steadicam you need but that other attachment.

via Twitter Web Client in reply to theburgerman

@renailemay The seagull does seem to be one of the more popular avatars I play with. It’s one of my three totem animals, apparently.
